At United Seat Factory, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every product we produce. Our commitment to excellence is supported by a material-specific warranty program designed to give you confidence and peace of mind with every purchase.
Warranty Coverage by Material
We offer up to a 3-year warranty, depending on the material used. Warranty coverage begins on the original date of purchase. Material-specific coverage:
- Genuine leather: 3 years
- Vinyl / leatherette: 1 year
- Cloth / fabric: 1 year
What Our Warranty Covers
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects related to:
- Materials
- Workmanship
- Production quality
Coverage applies when products are used under normal driving conditions and installed properly using standard automotive upholstery practices.
If a covered defect is confirmed during the applicable warranty period, United Seat Factory will, at its discretion:
- Repair the defective product, or
- Replace the defective product with the same or a comparable item
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper installation or removal
- Accidental damage, misuse, or abuse
- Unauthorized alterations or modifications
- Exposure to excessive heat, moisture, chemicals, or prolonged direct sunlight
- Natural changes such as softening, creasing, or color variation due to age or use
Additional Terms
- Warranty coverage is material-specific and limited to the periods listed above
- Warranty applies only to products purchased directly from United Seat Factory
- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims
