Refund and Returns Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to give you peace of mind.

6-Month Return Policy

  • We gladly accept returns within 6 months of the delivery date.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Please include the original order confirmation or packing slip when returning an item.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Submit a request: Email us at sales@seatfactory.com or use our contact form to request a return.
  2. Return authorization: Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
  3. Package the item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and follow the return instructions provided.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt.
  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days and applied to your original method of payment.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-made seat covers that are not OEM-replacement covers are non-refundable.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at sales@seatfactory.com with details and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem quickly.
